Education:
Studied law at the Universities of Berne and Bologna, graduating lic. iur. in 1998. Followed by studies at the Swiss Tax Academy, qualifying as a certified tax expert in 2004.

Professional experience:
Between 1998 and 1999 worked as an assistant to a Berne-based notary and two management consultants. From 1999 and 2002 employed by one of the ‘Big Four’ consultancy firms in the Corporate Tax and M&A. Followed by two years in a leading small fiduciary company, and a further seven years as Assistant Director in the Wealth Planning Division of a major Swiss bank. A partner in Transforma Ltd. since May 2011.

Core areas of expertise:
International tax law for private individuals, national and international corporate tax law, international tax structures, restructuring and M&A (merger, spin-off, conversion, MBO, LBO, acquisition and sale of companies, financing), employee relocation, private-asset structuring and advice on succession planning.

Business German, English, French and Italian; verbal Spanish.
